Our typical move in/out service includes comprehensive deep cleaning of your typical stuff:

•bathrooms,toilets,bathtubs,sinks

•doors, door handles

•entire wall surface (if inecessary)

•baseboards 

•light fixtures

•AC vents 

•the window cells and frames

•all the build-up get removed(for example hard water build-up around the faucets, all the discolorations and the tub or shower pan)

•the mirrors get polished and cleaned 

•we cleaned inside, outside and on top of refrigerator and cabinets

So what is not included? (but we can do it for extra fee)

•window glass

•garage 

•landscaping (that is outside of our expertise, but we can do for extra fee the patio furniture like wipe down outdoor furniture, clean the barbecue )

We do request that the property is completely vacant and doesn’t have any clutter inside or even on top of any surfaces, because it really prolongs our job and makes it much more challenging and it cost extra.
